Medical Cannabis is Not Recreational
Thaikanya operates exclusively as a medical platform. Medical cannabis consultations are provided only where legally permitted, under licensed physician supervision, and for documented medical purposes. No recreational use, no party language, no dispensary-style services.
Doctor-Led Review Required
Every patient must complete a full medical intake form, age and identity verification, and a consultation with a licensed physician before any medical decision is made. No questionnaire-only shortcuts.
Age Verification
All patients must verify they are 18 years of age or older. Medical cannabis and certain other services require verified adult status before access is permitted.
Prescription & PT.33 Workflow
In Thailand, medical cannabis documentation follows the PT.33 workflow under Thai law. Thaikanya does not guarantee prescription issuance. Eligibility is determined solely by licensed physicians based on clinical assessment.
GACP / COA Product Control
All cannabis and regulated wellness products must have valid Good Agricultural and Collection Practices (GACP) verification and a Certificate of Analysis (COA) with batch tracking. No COA = product blocked from sale.
Telemedicine License Compliance
Thaikanya operates under Thai telemedicine regulations and maintains compliance with DHSS and HSS telemedicine guidelines. All doctors in the network hold valid Thai medical licenses.
Country Compliance Rules
Medical cannabis and certain products are only available in countries where legally permitted. Country eligibility is checked at intake. Thaikanya does not ship restricted products to unsupported jurisdictions.
Data Privacy & Patient Safety
Patient data is encrypted and stored securely. Medical records are maintained per applicable healthcare data regulations. Patients have the right to access and request deletion of their data.
Adverse Reaction Reporting
Patients experiencing adverse reactions must contact their doctor immediately and report through the patient portal. Emergency situations should be directed to local emergency services — Thaikanya does not replace emergency care.
Audit Log & Partner Verification
All clinical decisions, product dispensing, PT.33 workflows, and partner activities are logged in an immutable audit trail. Partner clinics must maintain valid licenses and submit to compliance verification.
