Service Delivery & Appointment Policy

This website does not book or confirm appointments. An enquiry is a request for information only.

We confirm in writing: the provider (and, for a doctor meeting, the doctor's licence), the venue, the scope of the service, its duration, a complete THB quote including taxes and fees, cancellation and refund rules, and whether the service is suitable for you. An appointment exists only once you accept these written terms.

All services are delivered in person at the confirmed venue. There is no telemedicine, online consultation, online diagnosis or online prescription. No goods are delivered.

Massage and spa experiences are for general relaxation and are not medical treatment. No health result is promised.
