We use account details and enquiry contact information to provide access, respond to requests, maintain security and support previous transactions. Historical order, delivery, payment, patient and membership records may remain where required for support, legal obligations and disputes. We do not erase those records as part of this rebrand. Please do not submit patient or health details in general enquiries.

Profile, consent, check-in and historical plan or conversation records remain private to your account. New AI plan generation and assistant replies are paused. The path finder stores its selection in sessionStorage only, not URLs, analytics or the database. The language selector uses local browser storage; no external automatic translator receives private page text.

Hosting, account and historical payment support providers may process necessary information under applicable safeguards. We retain data only as needed for its purpose and lawful obligations. We do not publish identifiable health information. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system guarantees perfect security.

Subject to applicable law including Thailand PDPA, you can request access, correction, export or deletion and withdraw consent. Some financial and other legally required records must be retained.
